You can dine with us knowing it’s done so consciously of biodiversity and the environment. Actions already in place include protocols to actively reduce food waste.

The task of protecting the local environment and cultural heritage of the areas around our hotels is not one we take lightly. While doing so with attention and care, we work towards building connections with the local communities. Our hotels are encouraged to partner with local NGOs to further preserve biodiversity and culture.
