There are beautiful waterfalls along the trails from the headquarters in Khao Sok and at a couple of spots not too far from the main road 401 south of the park. The park has some of the most exciting mammal species found along some of the trails in Khao Sok Lake. Therefore, there are few trails where you can see elephants and gaurs sometimes. Also, there are over 400 species of birds reported from the park. Moreover, around 90 reptile species reported from the park, and there are likely many more. However, many of Thailand’s exciting lizard, snake and amphibian species can be found along the trails to the waterfalls.
