Membership fees are for 1 month and are non-refundable. A one-time payment is required for the entire
amount. All expenses incurred by members and their guests should be settled by cash or credit card at the
point of sale. No credit facilities are allowed.

1 Month Fitness membership 1,800 THB.

Persons applying for fitness membership must complete all details on the application form and submit two
recent colour photographs of each applicant.
Upon receipt of payment and completion of the application form, temporary membership cards will be issued
for immediate use of facilities. Members will then be given the permanent cards within 7 working days.
