Corporate Social Responsibility is essential part of Pullman Pullman Khao Lak Resort. With this at its core, the resort has achieved Gold level of the Planet 21, the CSR program of Accor Hotels.
Planet 21 is a comprehensive program which allows Accor Group hotels to achieve 1 of 4 levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. In order for a property to achieve Bronze level each hotel must comply with 10 mandatory actions that have been set by the Group. In order to then further evolve to silver, gold or platinum our hotels have the opportunity to voluntarily pick from a selection of approximately 60 voluntary actions to progress with.
As part of Accor Group, our Planet 21 – Acting here program, is a clear action plan built around 6 action areas: employees, customers, partners, communities, food and buildings, to limit the Group’s negative impacts and encourage Positive Hospitality.
The resort therefore attaches great importance to creating awareness for this subject together with employees and guests and continue to work on this together. The resort is therefore taking various steps in this area.
